Überdosis Leben' is definitely Kärbholz's hardest album: Unmistakably Kärbholz - but with new musical and lyrical aspects, which demonstrates the band's consistent development.

With their album "Karma" the band celebrated their first Top 10 success with a #7 entry in the German album charts. The following tour was sold out and the band played the biggest German festivals. That experience was the inspiration for "Overdose Life", an album that's made for the stage. An intense mixture of the familiar Kärbholz sound in a previously unheard directness and roughness that will blur the boundaries between band and audience at each concert, a passionate gathering and an evening full of honest and grounded rock music.
